1. Nature of our service
BangkokServices provides introductions to independent third-party providers. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any of the services described on this website. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice.
2. We never collect payment for services
Introductions are free. We never collect payment on behalf of any provider. Any payment request claiming to be from BangkokServices for a provider’s work is fraudulent — please report it to us immediately.
3. Referral fees
Providers may pay us a referral fee when an introduction leads to business. This fee is paid by the provider from their own marketing budget and does not affect the price you pay.
4. Affiliated businesses
Some introductions may be made to businesses affiliated with, or under common ownership with, BangkokServices. All introductions, affiliated or not, are made on the basis of fit for your request.
5. Regulated services
Where a service is regulated under Thai law — including legal work, immigration filings, and travel packages — we refer only to appropriately licensed providers. The licensed provider is solely responsible for the regulated work.
6. Provider performance
Your agreement is with the provider, and any dispute is between you and them. That said, we want to know when something goes wrong — feedback directly shapes who stays in our network.
