The honest trade-off is coverage. We don’t have inventory city-wide, and we won’t pretend to. Tell us your preferred areas, budget and move-in date; if we have something suitable we’ll introduce you to the owner directly, and if we don’t, we’ll tell you within one business day rather than waste your time.

- We match you — within one business day we introduce a vetted provider, or tell you honestly if we can’t help.
- You deal direct — scope, price and payment are agreed between you and the provider. We step back.
